Shamal Holding, the Dubai-based diversified investment firm, today announced the appointment of Van Oord as the lead marine contractor for Naïa Island Dubai, a newly unveiled private island estate set to redefine ultra-luxury living in the region.
Renowned for its expertise in marine ingenuity, Van Oord brings to this ambitious project a world-class pedigree in large-scale land reclamation and island development. With a legacy spanning over 150 years, Van Oord’s expertise will be instrumental in shaping the foundational marine and infrastructure whilst protecting marine biodiversity during and after construction.
